You simply order a recipe from our site and we deliver, to your home or office, all of the ingredients that you need to cook the recipe. We provide you with: (i) simple step-by-step instructions of how to cook the recipe that will always be under 30 minutes and less than 10 steps; (ii) all of the ingredients you need, fully prepared, measured, washed, peeled, chopped, sliced, diced and ready to cook; and (iii) a fun cooking experience that lets you quickly and easily prepare fresh, exciting meals at home.

No - we provide you with the Secret Ingredient "Cook By Letters" labeling system and a simple, step-by-step recipe that means even a novice in the kitchen should find it simple and fun to cook our meals.

No - we provide you with absolutely every single ingredient you need for each meal, from the salt and pepper to the finest imported meats and fish. Even better than that, each of the ingredients have been pre-weighed, measured, chopped, sliced, diced and prepared as much as we can so that you have as little as possible left to do.

We set out the utensils you will need on each recipe product page. We make sure our recipes use only common kitchen utensils.

No - our recipes have been specifically designed with Hong Kong kitchens in mind. You need only two hobs, a pot, a pan and a knife (and perhaps one or two other basic cooking utensils).

We offer only locally sourced fresh produce, premium imported meat, fish and poultry from Australia and New Zealand and everything is freshly prepared for you every day.

We recommend that you consume our recipes within 24 hours.  Upon delivery, please place in the refrigerator until you are ready to prepare the dish.

You can order up to 17:00 for same day delivery (but it would be nice if you could give us a little more notice than that!)

We can deliver to your office (so you can take your ingredients home with you ready to be cooked the moment you get home) or delivered straight to your apartment door. It's up to you! We deliver to the following locations: Central, Soho, Mid-levels, Sheung Wan, Sai Ying Pun, Admiralty, Wanchai, Causeway Bay, Happy Valley, Pok Fu Lam, Cyberport, Kennedy Town, the Peak (up to Barber Road), Fortress Hill, North Point and Quarry Bay.  Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to the south side of Hong Kong Island but are looking to expand our delivery area as soon as it is feasible.

We deliver from 15:00 to 20:00 on Sunday to Friday. The delivery time slots are: 15:00 - 17:00, 17:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 20:00. If you would like your goods delivered at a time outside of the delivery time slots or at a specific time, please email us and we will do our best to help you.

We are open as usual on Sunday to Friday, every week. We will not be delivering food on Saturdays but will instead be holding tastings and special events at our kitchen in Sheung Wan. Please email us for more details.

Yes - our sommelier recommends one bottle of wine for each recipe we offer. Every suggestion has been paired specifically to work with the flavours of each recipe and we have personally tested every wine we suggest and highly recommend them. We also have a selection of our favourite wines in stock to order whenever you would like them. You can't find the wine we sell in the shops, so if you like it, please come back for more!

You can pay by credit card, with cash on delivery or drop into our shop to pay in person. Just choose which you would like to do when you order. If you choose to pay by credit card you will be taken to a PayPal checkout screen. If you would like to checkout without logging into PayPal, please choose the option at the bottom of the screen which is entitled: "Don't have a PayPal account?"

We offer four exciting recipe selections for a period of two weeks and then change them to ensure that your meals are regularly inspired.

Yes. Simply order the required number of recipes (remember that our recipes are all designed for two people) to cater for the size of your group and on the checkout page, please let us know you are having a dinner party and we will let you know if you need to tweak some of the cooking times to ensure your dinner party is perfect.

Our recipes are designed to be shared by two people. You could keep the extra and eat it for lunch or dinner the next day. We hope to offer recipes for one in the future.
