SI's Recipe for Chili Parm Corn on the Cob

1. Bring a saucepot filled with salty water to a boil. TIP: Add a pinch of sugar as well!
2. Add your corn and cook for 4 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl add 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese, 1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
4. Then add 1 Tablespoons unsalted butter to bowl.
5. Once corn is done add to the kitchen bowl and coat. Serve with a lime wedge!!
Enjoy at a BBQ or for a dinner party!
