Asian-Spiced Duck Wraps with Ginger-Chilli Glaze and Coriander-Garlic Rice

Description: The SI team fell in love with this dish during test cooking. Pan roasted duck breasts are cooked until crispy, then sliced and stuffed into a flour tortilla with spring onion and our ginger-garlic-chilli glaze. This is not your traditional duck dish. Jasmine rice infused with ginger and coriander and a bright and light mango salad compliment the duck wraps.
